Pricing
Do I have to make my web page publicly available to use Screenshot API?
No - you can send the html (instead of a url) - there is no need to put the page you want to convert publicly on the web.
What about data privacy?
We take privacy very seriously and we do not store either the web page content you sent to us or the resulting image. When you use the Screenshot API, a temporary context is generated for the job on hand and the entire data is removed upon completion.
What happens if I exceed my API Request volume?
Users will be automatically notified via e-mail and on their Account Dashboard once at least 75%, 90%, and 100%. Your generated PDF documents will stay cached but further Screenshot capture requests will fail.
Can you capture lazy loaded items?
By default, we wait for 2 seconds before each capture. You can configure this delay. If you need further control, you can inject your own JS and control the capture shutter.
Can I link directly to the generated image?
If you need a publicly accessible url for your documents, please use the json parameter to receive a document URL rather than the image itself. The Screenshot capture will be run only once and the document will be served from cache in this case.
Do you offer discounts for non-profit organizations?
Yes, we do. Startup Plan will be %25, Business Plan %40 and Enterprise plan %50 discounted for non-profit organizations.
